You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Farmington, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Farmington repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
We also track what's happening across Farmington season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Most Farmington service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for Farmington properties.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Farmington emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Farmington cases ahead of standard scheduling.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Farmington invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Wasp Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
Monthly barrier treatment through Farmington's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Farmington calls get a same-day window. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. If the scope changes once we're inside, that gets quoted separately before we proceed, never added silently.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Farmington quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Farmington same-day calls. We keep routes tight across Farmington specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
Every Farmington technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Farmington customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Years of Farmington-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Farmington.
We put the guarantee in writing on every Farmington service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Farmington customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Service logs are ready every visit, which has made our compliance paperwork so much easier.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
Monthly mosquito treatment made our patio usable again by the second visit — hadn't sat outside in the evening in years.
Ant trail kept coming back every summer no matter what we sprayed ourselves — turned out to be a single foundation crack the technician sealed in one visit.
Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
